Welcome to Holly House Bed and Breakfast

Holly House is situated on the edge of the small village of Borden which itself is situated at the south west corner of Sittingbourne. Holly House is set in a rural location and is adjoined by the local village cricket/ football green and a horse paddock. The house was built in the late 60’s and was recently purchased by the present owners for use as a B&B. Extensive renovation and decoration has resulted in 3 very individual and tastefully decorated rooms to let.

The owner, a former Home Economist, can offer a wide variety of delicious home cooked meals on request and breakfasts with home baked fresh bread a speciality. Homemade preserves and local produce served. Holly House chutneys and packed lunches available on request.

Holly House is ideally situated for visitors to Sittingbourne Industrial Parks, the Eurolink Commercial Estate and the Kent science park all within a short drive.

The Isle of Sheppy is 15 minutes away and Ashford International Station, London ,Dover and Folkestone are all approximately one hours drive away.

For visitors arriving by train the owner will be pleased to offer a collection service from the station.
